It's OK to despise the French, although I don't. But it's a mistake repeatedly to tout Boeing as an "American" producer. I'd rather have more of the Airbus tanker made in America than less of the Boeing tanker. Why Boeing should think itself entitled to take the taxpayers money for national defense and procure the components abroad baffles me. Boeing is part of the US problem, not the solution.
