We've had a give and take between Obama and Clinton on NAFTA.  Renegotiating NAFTA.  That's fine.  Its a surrogate for a better trade debate.  But it is so 1993.

And renegotiate NAFTA?  Which part of the power transfer from the U.S. Congress to multinational tribunals and corporations?  One person I heard last week said its like asking this question:

How do you make a straight jacket more comfortable.
