This article has the details.  Remember how the New York Times and Washington Post editorial boards hate U.S. ag subsidies?  I suppose they will now turn their editorial wrath upon the protectionism and wasteful farm subsidies in China. 

If they do write that editorial, they can start digging out of the hole they've dug by complaining only of U.S. "protectionism" while giving the Chinese, Japanese, Europeans, and all the currency manipulators or VAT-tariff implementors or subsidizers a free pass.  They're not protectionist when they do that, but we are protectionists if we don't unilaterally disarm. 

I'm still waiting for the editorial.
