Mitt Romney founded Bain Capital Parnters, and still receives income
from it. The Boston company is partnering with a Chinese company
to buy 3Com.
Foreign government controlled companies buying U.S. companies brings foreign policy into the equation.

The Committee on Foreign Investment is the U.S. government entity
that investigates the sovereign wealth fund issue, because there are
