The terminator gene is intended to prevent any growers from
producing viable seeds from their own grain. The whole purpose of the Terminator is
to render unto the Caesar of seeds what he sees as his, namely the ultimate and
complete control of seeds and the food they produce. Now it appears that the Caesar designer of the Terminator gene, Monsanto,
must have discovered and injected itself with a new gene.
For the sake of clarity, well call Monsantos new gene the
Penetrator, because it seems to let Big M penetrate anything from businesses,
to nations
.even Presidential campaigns. (Read more).
As outlined in the Washington Post, a top political adviser
with ties to NRA, several energy corporations, and of course Monsanto, is wriggling
his way into the campaign of Presidential hopeful Barack Obama.
Be careful Barack, theyll want to alter your name to MObama, patent it, and charge you royalties for it.
But Monsantos Penetrator doesnt stop at politics, it gets
its first and best kick from seed genetics, where the control of genetically
altered seeds through patents has allowed it to seek and dominate collaborations not
just in America, but around
the world in countries like Israel
and India.
Its gone so far that now they want to develop patented hybrid plants by
conventional means in nations where resistance to genetic manipulation have
held Monsantos aspirations at bay.
The Penetrator even penetrates other corporations, like Dow,
that already has agreements in place with seed breeders in places like Austria and Brazil.
Now the latest angle for the Penetrator is to pierce the world of crop
insurance by lobbying the government to allow it to offer crop insurance at a
discount, to farmers who plant its biotech seeds.
In a recent action, Iowa State
University was forced to sue Monsanto to hold them at bay.
It used to be that our
government protected us from Penetrators that threatened to rule the world and
control all life.
In the meantime, lawsuits against Solutia, Monsantos spun
off answer to isolating its liability in toxic waste lawsuits that predate
genetic manipulation, drag on.
Perhaps our regulators themselves, have been Penetrated?
