China sells organic soybeans to the U.S.?  I didn't know that.  

A United Soybean Board director says he visited USDA-certified organic soybean fields in Asia where he has seen farmworkers walking through rows with backpack sprayers. 

USDA auditors are scheduled to make their first trip to China to "check on organic food operations there."

How in the world did the operations become USDA certified in the first place?
