Currency valuationIt’s not like I’m anti-China. I just think it’s ridiculous that we allow them to do what they’re doing to this country, with the manipulation of the currency, that you write about and understand, and all of the other things that they do.
–Donald Trump

Two weeks ago, the Senate filed a truly bipartisan currency cheating bill with eight sponsors… four from each party. The Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act of 2013 is a strong bill because the same bill passed the Senate in October 2011 (S. 1619)

In the House, we are over 100 sponsors on the House Currency Reform for Fair Trade Act (HR 1276).

These are important bills. They could effectively stop the currency cheating of other countries.

We’ve been talking to you about currency manipulation. Currency manipulation distorts trade and incentivizes offshoring.

With currency reform, we can create more jobs and growth, with no government spending.

That’s why it’s important that we apply pressure. That we push our legislators and push our legislators until these bills pass.

Let’s get 125 co sponsors on the House bill, and 25 co sponsors on the Senate bill by the end of June.

Its easy to send a letter to your Representative and Senators. If they’ve agreed to co sponsor, you will be thanking them, and if they haven’t, you will be asking them to do so.

The Click “here” link is taking people to a “Public Opinion….” article rather than an where it should.

We’ve waited a long time to have another bill addressing this problem to be introduced, but it won’t mean anything without any “teeth” for enforcement. I agree the comment “no enforcement, no bill.”
