Bank of America took $45 billion of our money.  But they spent it on economic development.  A Super Bowl party.  850,000 square feet of sports games and interactive equipment.  It takes a big TARP to cover that area outside a football stadium.

Plus, the are spending $10M to become an NFL sponsor.
